How to do it
4 stepsStand with your feet shoulder width apart and hold a dumbbell in each hand at shoulder height, palms facing forward.
Brace your abs and squeeze your glutes so your lower back stays neutral.
Press the dumbbells straight up until your arms are almost straight, with your biceps near your ears.
Lower the dumbbells slowly back to your shoulders and repeat for the planned reps.
Do not lean back while pressing. If you do, the weight is too heavy.
Keep your ribs down and look straight ahead.
