How to do it
4 stepsGet into a high plank with your hands under your shoulders and your feet a little wider than hip width.
Brace your abs and glutes so your body forms a straight line from head to heels.
Lift one arm forward until it is in line with your body, while your hips stay level and do not rotate.
Return the hand to the floor with control and lift the other arm. Keep alternating for the planned reps.
A wider foot stance makes it easier to keep your hips still.
To make it easier, do the exercise from your knees.
