AtletIQ Ultra Terms of Sale (public offer)

This document is an offer by a sole proprietor to conclude a contract for the AtletIQ Ultra subscription. By paying for the subscription you accept these terms.

1. Definitions

• "Seller" is the sole proprietor Alexey Olegovich Yarmots; the details are in section 12.
• "User" is a legally capable individual who accepts these terms.
• "App" is the AtletIQ mobile app; "Website" is atletiq.com.
• "Account" is the User's AtletIQ account used to sign in to the App and the Website.
• "Ultra" is the paid AtletIQ subscription: working weights per set in every workout and protein, fat and carbs in the nutrition plan.
• "Plan" is an Ultra subscription period with its price, listed in section 4.
• "Trial" is the first 3 days of the subscription at 1 ₽, described in section 5.
• "Auto-renewal" is a repeat charge of the Plan price when the paid period ends.
• "Payment Service" is bystropay.ru and its acquiring bank, which accept payments on the Website.

2. Subject

2.1. The Seller gives the User access to Ultra in the Account for the period of the chosen Plan, and the User pays for that access.

2.2. The other App features (workout programs, the workout log, history and progress, the program builder, the exercise library) are free and stay available without Ultra. Without Ultra, working weights per set are shown in the first 4 workouts.

2.3. These terms apply to paying for Ultra on the Website or through a payment link. The Website payment link is offered to Users in Russia.

2.4. Subscriptions bought in the App Store or Google Play are paid, renewed, cancelled and refunded under the store rules. The payment, auto-renewal and refund terms below do not apply to them.

2.5. Ultra is linked to the Account and works on every device where the User is signed in to that Account.

3. Acceptance

3.1. Paying for Ultra is acceptance of these terms: the first payment, including the 1 ₽ Trial payment. Before paying, the User reads the terms on this page.

3.2. The contract is concluded electronically when payment is made. Ultra turns on in the Account automatically after the payment is confirmed.

4. Prices and payment

4.1. Ultra prices by Plan, in rubles:

4.2. Current prices are published on the pricing page: /en/pricing/. A price change does not affect a period that is already paid.

4.3. Payment is accepted by a Russian bank card or SBP on the Payment Service page. The User enters card details on the bank's page; the Seller does not receive them.

4.4. The User's payment obligation is fulfilled when the Payment Service confirms the payment.

5. Trial

5.1. A User who has not had Ultra before gets the first 3 days for 1 ₽.

5.2. When the Trial ends, on day 4, the price of the chosen Plan is charged and the subscription runs for the Plan period.

5.3. To avoid the Plan charge, turn off Auto-renewal before the Trial ends (section 6).

6. Auto-renewal and cancellation

6.1. The subscription renews automatically: when the paid period ends, the price of the chosen Plan is charged to the linked card and the subscription runs for the Plan period.

6.2. You can turn off Auto-renewal at any time: message @atletiq_bot on Telegram (https://t.me/atletiq_bot), email support@atletiq.com from the Account address, or use the "Turn off auto-renewal" link in the first payment email.

6.3. After Auto-renewal is turned off there are no further charges. Ultra keeps working until the end of the paid period.

6.4. An App Store subscription is cancelled in iPhone settings: Settings → your name → Subscriptions.

7. Refunds

7.1. The User may withdraw from the contract at any time and request a refund for the unused part of the paid period. The Seller keeps only the costs actually incurred (Article 32 of the Russian Federation Law of 07.02.1992 No. 2300-1 "On Consumer Rights Protection").

7.2. To request a refund, email support@atletiq.com from the Account address. State the Account email, the payment date and the amount.

7.3. The request is reviewed within 10 days of receipt. The money is returned by the same method used to pay. The time for it to reach the card depends on the bank.

7.4. From the moment of the refund, access to Ultra for the refunded period ends and Auto-renewal is turned off.

7.5. If a payment was charged by mistake or twice, email support@atletiq.com and the excess amount will be returned.

8. Rights and duties

8.1. The Seller will open Ultra after payment, keep the App running and answer the User's requests at support@atletiq.com and on Telegram @atletiq_bot.

8.2. The Seller may carry out maintenance that makes the App or the Website temporarily unavailable, and may develop App features.

8.3. The User will give a correct email address, use Ultra for personal purposes and not share Account access with third parties.

8.4. The Seller may restrict access to the Account if the User breaks these terms. A refund in that case follows section 7.

8.5. The App calculates workout load and working weights and does not replace advice from a doctor or a coach. For pain, injuries or chronic conditions, consult a specialist.

9. Liability

9.1. The Seller is liable for providing access to Ultra up to the price of the paid period, unless consumer protection law provides otherwise.

9.2. The Seller is not liable for failures of the Payment Service, banks, telecom operators or the User's devices, or for force majeure.

9.3. Send claims to support@atletiq.com. The Seller answers a claim within 10 days. Unresolved disputes are settled in court under the law of the Russian Federation.

10. Personal data

10.1. The Seller processes the User's personal data under the privacy policy.

10.2. Card details are processed by the bank. The Seller receives the plan, amount, date and payment status.

11. Term and changes

11.1. These terms are in force from October 8, 2026 until the Seller withdraws them.

11.2. The Seller may change these terms. The new version is published on this page and takes effect on publication. For a period already paid, the version in force at the time of payment applies.
