How to do it
5 stepsStand with your feet shoulder-width apart and a kettlebell in front of you. Squat down and clean it up to your shoulder, keeping your elbow against your torso and your eyes forward.
Press the kettlebell overhead and turn your palm to face forward, with the bell pointing up and your arm straight.
Begin to lean to the side opposite the weight, bending the knee on that side while your free hand reaches toward the floor.
Keep your head turned toward the kettlebell and your pressing arm vertical, perpendicular to the floor.
Exhale and slowly return to standing with your legs straight, then lower the kettlebell back to your shoulder. Repeat for the planned reps and switch sides.
Start with a very light weight or no weight to learn the lean before adding load.
Keep your arm locked over your shoulder throughout. If it drifts forward or back, reduce the weight.
