How to do it
5 stepsAttach a resistance band to a pull-up bar or a high bar on a wall unit. Take the free end or the handles in your hands.
Stand facing the anchor and bend your elbows so your hands are in front of your chest. Pin your elbows to your sides.
Straighten your arms and press your hands down against the resistance of the band.
Squeeze your triceps for a second at the bottom.
Bend your elbows slowly to return to the start, keeping them close to your body.
Keep your elbows fixed. If they move forward and back, the shoulders take over, so use a lighter band.
Stepping back from the anchor increases the tension. Step closer to make it easier.
