- Встаньте, ноги на ширине плеч.
- Одну руку уприте в бок. Вторую вытяните наверх и наклонитесь в противоположную от руки сторону.
- Вернитесь в исходное положение.
- Поменяйте руки и выполните то же самое на другую сторону.
