How to perform exercise
- Исходное положение: одна нога на степ-платформе (2-3 подставки), вторая сзади.
- Делаем вдох — ноги сгибаем, опускаемся.
- На выдохе делаем подъем, и задняя нога поднимается коленом вперед.
- Возвращаемся в исходное положение
- Повторите необходимо количество раз, затем смените ногу
