In the list of services, you will first see the services of your coach, then the offers of the other trainers.
Format of consultations
If you train on someone else's program, you will not be able to get consultations from your current coach.
If you train on a free coach program, then the coach will be able to give you recommendations and answer your questions in the activity feed.
If you pay for one of the services of a coach, you can ask questions to the coach through the personal message system for a limited time.
The following restrictions apply:
When you pay for the adaptation program for you: you can make minor adjustments to the plan no more than 3 times.
If you pay for access to the paid program: you can order an additional program adaptation service, after which you can make no more than 3 amendments to the training plan.
When ordering a personal program: it is allowed to make no more than 5 amendments to the training plan.
There is a general restriction for all services: you get the opportunity to communicate with the trainer through the personal message system, while you train according to his program, but not longer than 3 months from the moment of payment for the service.
In any case, your coach may, at his discretion, make adjustments to the training plan without prior notice.
All questions concerning the training program should be sent to the trainer through the personal message system.
To switch to another coach - activate his training program or order any of his paid services.
