How to perform exercise
- Сядьте, под ягодицы положите валик. Согните колени, лодыжку одной ноги положите на колено другой. Это ваше исходное положение.
- Перенесите вес на согнутую ногу, перекатывайтесь на ягодицах, пока не почувствуете напряжения в верхней ягодичной мышце. Во время выполнения вы можете тянуть согнутое колено к груди. Задержитесь в этом положении на 10-30 секунд, повторите в другую сторону.
