How to do it
5 stepsStand on the middle of a resistance band and hold the handles with your arms hanging along your thighs.
Bend your knees slightly and hinge forward until your torso is almost parallel to the floor. Keep your back straight.
Bend your elbows and pull the handles toward your lower abdomen, driving your elbows back.
At the top, squeeze your shoulder blades together.
Lower under control until your arms are straight again.
Do not round your back or stand up as you pull. If the band is too tight to keep your torso still, use a lighter one.
To make the row harder, stand on the band with your feet wider apart or shorten the grip.
