How to perform exercise
- Лягте на пол и зафиксируйте стопы. Ноги согнуты в коленях.
- Сомкните руки в замок за головой или держите их по бокам. Это исходное положение.
- Поднимите туловище к коленям.
- В верхней точке туловище должно быть перпендикулярно полу. Опускайтесь вниз не до конца, а только на ¾.
- Повторите рекомендуемое количество раз.
