- Лягте на пол. Одну ногу поднимите до угла 90°.
 - Оторвите лопатки от пола. Напрягите мышцы пресса.
 - Коснитесь ладонями друг друга за бедром поднятой ноги.
 - Вернитесь в исходную позицию.
 - Выполните необходимое количество повторений на одну ногу, затем на другую.
